2025 .eu Web Awards
After over a decade of celebrating outstanding .eu, .ею, and .ευ websites, the .eu Web Awards returned in 2025 with a refreshed format following a one-year break to streamline and modernise the beloved initiative. This more compact and focused edition remains as ambitious as ever in spotlighting European digital excellence. The competition celebrates creative and impactful .eu websites that contribute to a safer, greener, and more innovative internet.
Meet the five outstanding winners of the 2025 .eu Web Awards!
New concept
This year, the competition introduced a new element: nominated websites were not be made public immediately.
During the nomination phase, which ran from 3 to 30 September, all submissions were first be reviewed internally based on predefined criteria outlined in our Terms and Conditions. The top five finalists in each of the five categories were announced on 6 October and opened to public voting.
While the public vote ran until 31 October, the jury simultaneously carryed out its evaluations. The combined scores from both determine the winners. In the event of a tie, the jury score prevailed. The winner's where announced on 4 November 2025.

Winner's and prizes
Five winners—one from each category—were announced on 4 November 2025, and selected through a balanced combination of public voting and jury evaluation. Each winner will receive:
€5,000 for online campaign
€5,000 marketing campaign to promote their website and its mission

A professionally filmed testimonial video, to further promote their brand
