The .eu end-user extranet

The .eu end-user extranet, sometimes called the end-user application, is a web-based application that allows .eu domain name holders to manage certain aspects of their domain names.

On the end-user extranet domain name holders can:

  • View the contact information associated with their domain name and, provided they are natural persons, choose to display or not display selected details in the WHOIS database.
  • Approve a pending trade or transfer of their domain name.
  • Obtain an authorisation code to pre-approve the transfer of their domain name.

To log in to the end-user extranet, domain name holders must first register as users. Once registered, a password is sent to the email address that is listed for their domain name in the WHOIS database.
