If your Sunrise application was rejected, or if the deadline for sending in documentary evidence has expired it is possible to apply again (until 6 April 2006,) and then correct whatever mistake that caused the rejection.
A common mistake we have seen is that not everyone has realised that only the holder of a registered trademark can apply for it.
