Support availability

Telephone and email support are available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00 Central European Time. Registrars needing urgent support outside office hours can call a dedicated phone number: +32 (0) 2 620 02 50. Calls to this number are handled in English.

Offices are closed for New Year’s Day (1/1/2010, 1/1/2011) and Easter (5/4/2010).
