Offices

The EURid main office is located near Brussels at Woluwelaan 150, 1831 Diegem, Belgium.

The main office provides telephone and email support Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00 Central European Time except on holidays. In 2012 the office is closed on 9 April, 1 May, 17 May, 28 May, 15 August, 1 November, 24 December and 25 December.

How to reach EURid headquarters by train

To reach our main office by rail you must travel to the Diegem station (download a map here). When you get off the train:

  • Leave the platform by the De Kleetlaan station exit
  • Go right on De Kleetlaan
  • Go right onto the Jan Emiel Mommaertslaan, under the railroad bridge
  • Immediately take the first road on the right hand side
  • EURid is to your right


Regional offices

EURid has regional offices in Prague, Pisa and Stockholm. All offices provide telephone and email support Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00 Central European Time except on holidays. The holidays for each regional office are listed below.

In the Czech Republic, EURid Services is located at U Pergamenky 1522/2, 170 00 Praha 7.

In 2012 the Prague office is closed on 9 April, 1 May, 8 May, 5 July, 6 July, 28 September, 24, December, 25 December and 26 December.

In Italy, EURid Services is located at Via Borgo Stretto 52, 56127 Pisa.

In 2012 the Pisa office is closed on 6 January, 9 April, 25 April, 1 May, 15 August, 1 November, 24 December, 25 December and 26 December.

In Sweden, EURid Services is located at Sankt Eriksgatan 46A, 112 34 Stockholm.

In 2012 the Stockholm office is closed on 5 January (afternoon), 6 January, 5 April (afternoon), 6 April, 9 April, 30 April (afternoon), 1 May, 16 May (afternoon), 17 May, 6 June, 22 June, 2 November, 24 December, 25 December, 26 December and 31 December.
