.eu supports startups at Salon des Entrepreneurs

Brussels, 5 June 2013 – To promote .eu directly to French SMEs, EURid, the .eu registry, will be partnering with .eu registrar ELB Netissime at Salon des Entrepreneurs, in Lyon, from 12 - 13 June.

.eu available in Croatia as of 1 July

Brussels, 31 May 2013 - On 1 July 2013, Croatia will join the European Union. As of that day, Croatian residents, organisations and companies will be able to register .eu domain names.

Slovakia tops 40 thousand .eu registrations

Brussels, 29 May 2013 - Slovak companies and residents have to date registered more than forty thousand .eu domain names, according to EURid, the registry for the .eu top-level domain (TLD). In terms of registrations, Slovakia is the fourteenth largest market in the European Union, behind Hungary and Greece, ahead of Denmark and Ireland.
